Credit Application Procedure

The credit application is to include:
    a. One bank reference
    b. At least three trade references
    c. A signature

Standard Terms and Conditions of Sale - Applicant's Signature Attests Financial Responsibility, Ability and Willingness to Pay Our Invoices in accordance with the Following Terms:

Payment terms: All invoices are due and payable within 30 days of the shipment of order. Shipping and handling will be charged on all orders. All terms are subject to change without notice. Accounts not paid in a timely manner may be sent to a collection agency.

There will be a $20.00 charge for each NSF check received. The signed application authorizes any of the banks and/or references shown above to release any information requested in order to assist in establishing and account with Autocrat, Inc.

2.	Applicant further agrees: To pay all collection costs, including attorney's fees and court costs, if it is necessary to take legal action on past due accounts.
