Job Responsibilities: Learn the art of roasting coffee in this apprenticeship position. You will be responsible for operating the PLC panels to move the coffee through the system, filling the green bean holding bins utilizing the daily roast schedule, green bean inventory and lot tracking on mainframe computer. Additional tasks include data collection and routine maintenance of roasters. Ensure all activities are handled in accordance with Autocrat's mission, business philosophy, ethics, and goals.

We are seeking a mechanically inclined individual to install, troubleshoot, and repair coffee brewing equipment. Knowledge of refrigeration a plus. This position will have a company vehicle and be dispatched from home to service our customers in Northern Massachusetts, New Hampshire and Coastal Maine. We are looking for someone who lives near the RT 2 corridor. You must ensure all activities are handled in accordance with Autocrat, Inc.’s mission, business philosophy, ethics, and goals.

Job Responsibilities: We are growing and expanding our Food Service Division concentrating on our Coffee-On-Demand product line. We are seeking and experienced sales representative to represent our company in the southeast territory. This position requires an individual who has the ability to open doors, build relationships, understand customers’ needs, and close accounts. The right individual has worked with both distributors and chain accounts.
Your main responsibilities are as follows: • Aggressively grow sales and increase profitability of Southeast territory using technical, organizational, and knowledge of the customer’s industry and business to influence customers and assist them in applying our ingredients to their needs.
• Identify and properly qualify business opportunities.
• Create and execute a sales plan for the territory.
• Complete understanding of pricing and proposal models.
• Deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner to new and existing accounts.
• Build long term relationships with potential and existing accounts by visiting and reviewing performance to help increase business.
• Represent the company at tradeshows and trade associations.
• Develop and maintain communications in a cooperative and professional manner with internal departments to ensure excellent customer service.
